Are you a little bit stuck?

Or, maybe you want to “take it to the next level” but you aren’t sure where to start?

Or, perhaps you want to make your business more efficient and balanced…

Most of the business owners and entrepreneurs I meet fall into various levels of overwhelm surrounding their businesses. You might recognize yourself in this list:

  • I have all these tasks and I can’t get them all done so stuff is falling through the cracks…
  • I want to get more done but I have no idea how to effectively start creating a system to do so.
  • I cringe when I see my task list so I focus on the low hanging fruit and ignore the the list.
  • I really want to honor my business, I want it to grow but I don’t know which things to choose from the hundreds of options.
  • I haven’t spent anytime planning how I want to build my business so I spend too much time worrying about which projects and clients are the best fit for me.
  • Fix me! I know I need help, I don’t know where to start, it’s all too overwhelming.
  • I’m just starting out, there’s so much advice about what I should be doing, how do I know which things are the right things?
  • I’m working my asslet off and I’m barely making it, what am I doing wrong?

Do you resemble any of the people mentioned above?

Most of the challenges described are vague… there’s a reason for that… overwhelm – plain and simple.

When we have too many choices, too much noise, too much everything… we shut down.

Worse than that, is if we do make a choice, say to choose one marketing strategy over another, we are stuck wondering whether or not we chose wisely. It may eat at us not knowing whether or not we could have done better. More overwhelm.

By the time you feel like any of the examples above, the hard truth is that you may not be able to quickly smooth things back out.

It’s frustrating. I get it.

I’ve felt that frustration in my 20 years as a business owner and I learned quickly that in order to find balance and order in my business, I needed to embrace a strategy and framework. I also learned that I needed to let go of the things that didn’t serve my business.

In time, I created a framework I call the Balance Driven Business Triad™, a way of looking at your business through the lens of a framework. A framework designed to help determine what’s important and what needs attention.

The framework is now the basis of how I look at each business and how I help to determine what actions can be taken to realign a business and, subsequently, reduce the stress and overwhelm that many business owners experience.

There are no quick fixes because businesses are entities designed to keep working year after year. Just like a car needs more than a quick fill-up at the gas station to keep transporting you year after year, your business deserves to have some maintenance and service work done to keep things running smoothly and stress free.

The Balance Driven Business™ Consulting package is the best way for me to help you de-stress, kick overwhelm out of the picture, and position your business for lasting success.

Are you a good fit?

I’m not interested in hard selling stuff to people. I’ve built two successful businesses over the last 20 years. In all that time I worked hard to make sure every customer was happy and satisfied.

If you are willing to do the work, then I’m energized and ready to help you build an awesome business.

If you like to talk about doing the work but maybe aren’t super action oriented, then I’m not a good fit for you.

I want to see you successful and that means digging in and doing the work necessary to make that happen.

I’m not the best fit for every business owner, but if you want an ally, someone who will invest in helping you create a successful foundation and someone who will push you to be better, then I’m your gal.

I can promise that you will get pushed, you will have fun, laughter is a given, and you will find a much more balanced business waiting for you at the end.

If you see yourself as a good fit, then I’m available and ready to get started!
